A bright garnet hued Cabernet Franc with aromas of blackberry, black currant, and chocolate and a subtle under note of oak. This full-bodied wine has great structure and soft delicate tannins. The ripe fruit flavours include dark plum, black cherry which are accented by notes of black tea and sweet spice.

WINEMAKING
Cabernet Franc grapes were harvested the Similkameen Valley mid-October 2022. Grapes were de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel before pressing. The wine then aged in new, one and two-year-old oak barrels for 18 months giving the wine structure and balance. 
FLAVOUR PROFILE
