WINEMAKING
This Méthode Classique sparkling rosé is a blend of 55% Gamay Noir and 45% Pinot Noir. The base wine underwent a traditional second fermentation in bottle and was aged sur lie for 24 months to enhance texture and complexity. After aging, it was disgorged and finished with a proprietary dosage to achieve a precise balance of acidity and subtle sweetness. The result is a vibrant, finely crafted sparkling wine with elegance and depth. Limited production of just 625 cases ensures its exclusivity.

FLAVOUR PROFILE
This wine is a beautiful copper-pink hue with fine, delicate bubbles. The nose offers subtle aromas of ripe strawberry, sweet pear, pink grapefruit, and a hint of freshly baked brioche. On the palate, it’s light and creamy, with a refined mousse and vibrant flavours of tangy cranberry, red currant, citrus zest, and a whisper of pastry.

An excellent choice for relaxed sipping, as a refreshing aperitif, or to add sparkle to any celebration. This versatile dry brut rosé pairs beautifully with dishes like ahi tuna tartare, lobster tail with lemon butter, herb-roasted turkey, prosciutto-wrapped melon, miso-glazed black cod, or shrimp dumplings. Also try it alongside a cheese board featuring Camembert, aged Comté, and chèvre with toasted artisanal bread.
