WINEMAKING
Sourced exclusively from our estate vineyard stretching along a 20 km eastern shoreline of Okanagan Lake in the Lake Country sub-GI, these grapes benefit from a unique lakeside microclimate that enhances both ripeness and natural freshness. The fruit was carefully harvested in mid-September at optimal maturity, then gently pressed to preserve its delicate aromatics and vibrant character. A cool, early fermentation took place to maintain a precise balance between sweetness and acidity, allowing the wine’s natural brightness to shine. It was aged in stainless steel tanks, ensuring a clean, crisp profile and a pure expression of the fruit. Limited production of 364 cases

FLAVOUR PROFILE
The nose opens with expressive, pure fruit notes of tangerine, yellow apple, Bartlett pear, and hints of tropical fruit layered with a touch of almond cream. On the palate, this light-bodied white is smooth yet vibrant, with well-balanced acidity that complements its natural sweetness. Flavours of ripe tropical fruit and pineapple unfold, leading into a lingering finish marked by juicy citrus finish.
