WINEMAKING
Pinot Auxerrois grapes were harvested in late August from our estate vineyards in Lake Country, BC. The fruit was gently pressed before being 100% fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine’s bright, fresh character and highlighting the purest expression of its delicate fruit flavours.
