WINEMAKING
This blend is comprised of Syrah (69%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (31%) harvested mid-October from the Horse Heaven Hills area of Washington State. Using traditional red wine making techniques, each variety was aged separately, using both subtle oak integration in stainless steel tanks, or in American and French oak, mostly 2 to 3-year-old barrels, for 8 months. The wines were later blended just before bottling
