This Merlot is deep purple garnet in colour with an aromatic bouquet of dark plum, baked fruit notes, vanilla, and subtle oak. This medium to full-bodied wine has velvety tannins, and flavours of ripe juicy black cherry and dark plum pie accented by notes of sweet spice that linger on the finish.

WINEMAKING
Pristine Merlot grapes were harvested from the south Okanagan. The grapes underwent traditional red winemaking techniques, with 10 months of oak aging for added complexity. Full malolactic fermentation created a soft, smooth character.
