WINEMAKING
Pinot Noir grapes were harvested from long-standing growers for Gray Monk within the northern and central Okanagan Valley. The Pinot Noir grapes underwent traditional red winemaking techniques, aging for 8 months in 100% French oak to add depth and complexity, and completing full malolactic fermentation to soften the mouthfeel. The result is a smooth, elegant wine that reflects both the region’s terroir and Gray Monk ’s commitment to quality craftsmanship.
