WINEMAKING
Grapes for the 2025 Gray Monk Gewurztraminer Limited Edition were harvested in early September. After gentle pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel and carefully blended to achieve balance. This wine is distinctly fruit-forward, with no oak or malolactic fermentation involved in its production.
