WINEMAKING
Siegerrebe is a white grape variety that originated in Germany in 1929 through the crossing of Gewürztraminer and Madeleine Angevine. Known for its early ripening nature, Siegerrebe is among the first grape varieties to be harvested during the season. For this wine, grapes were sourced from our estate vineyard. Following harvest, grapes underwent a gentle pressing process. Subsequently, the wine was cool-fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, a method aimed at preserving the purity and expression of varietal characteristics. Given the limited production, this wine represents a unique and exclusive offering, showcasing the distinctive qualities of the Siegerrebe grape variety.

FLAVOUR PROFILE
Bright in the glass with delicate aromas of ripe nectarine, apple blossom, and a hint of tropical florals. Fresh and lively on the palate with an inviting medium-dry style, making it an effortless choice for any moment. Savour leading flavours of zesty clementine, honeyed cantaloupe, and a whisper of mango, all beautifully lifted by crisp, refreshing acidity.

This wine shines enjoyed on its own or served as a refreshing aperitif before a meal. It pairs beautifully with herb-roasted poultry, warm camembert or triple-cream cheese, pan-seared cod, chilli-spiked prawn fritters, and cedar-plank grilled trout.
