The grapes for the 2025 Gray Monk Pinot Blanc Oregon Limited Edition were harvested in early September. The grapes were delicately pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve their vibrant character, then thoughtfully blended to create the perfect balance. This wine showcases bright, expressive fruit, with no influence from oak or malolactic fermentation.
