Tiny spiraling bubbles rise through a delicate straw-yellow and copper coloured background. Gentle aromas of crab apple, pear, yeast, toast, marzipan, and wild cherry escape from the glass. This light to medium-bodied wine has a creamy expanding mousse, and flavours of apple, pear, and yeast.
Refreshing notes of white currant and tart cherry, along with a touch of almond linger on the finish.

WINEMAKING
This Méthode Classique sparkling wine is a blend of 34% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Meunier, and 33% Pinot Noir, all harvested from vineyards within the Kelowna region of the Okanagan Valley. This base wine underwent a second fermentation in bottle and aged sur lie for 25 months. The sparkling wine was then disgorged and topped with a proprietary dosage for the perfect balance of acidity and delicate sweetness. Limited production of 495 cases.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
< Lemon-yellow with gentle, spiraling bubbles. Delight in aromas of ripe pear, tart apple, and toasted brioche, with a hint of marzipan. This light to medium-bodied sparkling wine has creamy, supple mousse and flavours of Okanagan apple, lemon curd, and a soft almond note that lingers on the finish.
FOOD SUGGESTIONS
The perfect celebration wine for any occasion. Wonderful to sip and savour on its own as an apéritif, and perfectly matched with smoked salmon appetizers, sushi, or a platter of mild, creamy cheeses.
